Free The Sinews

 

Functions: Releases the Tai Yang to expel Wind and Dampness, invigorates and moves Blood, tonifies Spleen and Kidney Qi.

 

Indications:

 

·         Occasional hot and swollen joints, joints that get better with continued gentle movement, worse with cold, damp weather

·         Occasional back spasm

·         Loss of appetite, fatigue, occasional nervousness

·         Dry hair coat and skin
