Physical Indications (Symptoms)

  • Sore lower back and legs

  • Eases menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, fatigue, occasional depression

  • Dry stools, mouth, eyes, and vagina

  • Thirst with a desire to sip liquids

  • Occasional dizziness, ringing in the ears, fatigue, anxiety, and insomnia

Dosage: (tabs): 1-2 tabs, 2-3 times per day
