The Mac Ultra-5 Ultra-Smooth needle features pain free insertion and tremendous control because of it's thick, extra long Japanese style metal coil handle.  The Ultra-5 is designed for practitioners who want to minimize packaging and maximize speed and ease of use!  Each needle is carefully manufactured to exacting tolerances!  5 needles are inside each blister pack and all of the needle points are protected by a piece of surgical sponge. There are 4 blisters of 5 needles per flat containing a total of 20 needles and 1 guide tube is conveniently mounted on the side of each flat just in case a guide tube is needed.

 

For added convenience (10) extra guide tubes (2) flats of (5) are now packed in the box.
